Without limitation, any of the following Data may be collected:

  • 2.2 job title & profession;
  • 2.4 contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;

  • 2.6 financial information such as credit / debit card numbers;
  • 2.7 IP address (automatically collected);
  • 2.8 web browser type and version (automatically collected);
  • 2.9 operating system (automatically collected);
  • 2.10 a list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and

3. Our Use of Data

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address. As a user you have the option to turn cookies off this may however prevent engagement with certain site-related activities and performance.

5. Children's Privacy

Ours are general purpose and professional websites that do not knowingly collect any information from children under age 18 at any time. We also strive to be fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If a child under the age of 18 has provided Personally Identifiable Information on one of our websites without the consent of his or her parent or guardian, we ask that a parent or guardian send an e-mail to info@trainingmarbles.com, and we will delete the child’s Personally Identifiable Information from our files.

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Some of the information you may enter on our website may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email.
